You will have the entire studio with a private entrance. It's a garden-level unit, which means half of the unit is on the basement level. The studio size is tight but very functional. Great for those who are looking to stay in AAA location with quick access to everything in Boston downtown. You literally walk right into Public Garden from the apartment. This is a single occupancy studio. If you plan to have overnight guest, please inform the host beforehand or the building reserves the right to remove you from the building. No party, excessive drinking and drug use are allowed in the unit. This is a very quiet residential building. If you violate the rules, you'll be notified and removed by the building immediately.
