Your own private room, one shared bathroom, one shared kitchen.

Stay in a bright, private top-floor room in a shared duplex—ideal for visiting scholars, MGH fellows, professionals, or grad students. You'll share a bathroom with two other rooms on the same floor. One floor down, there's a large dine-in kitchen and three additional guest rooms with their own shared bathroom. Each guest has a dedicated fridge shelf and pantry space. Only 4 minutes to Porter Square Station (Red Line), with direct access to Harvard (8 mins), MIT (14 mins), MGH (20 mins), and downtown. Lesley University, a supermarket, CVS, cafés, and restaurants are also just steps away. We carefully screen guests to ensure a respectful, no-party environment. The home has hosted researchers and students from around the world. Please note: This is an older Cambridge home—not modern in layout—but clean, safe, and located in one of the city’s most walkable and secure neighborhoods. While nearby hotels may charge $300+/night, this space offers unbeatable value without sacrificing comfort, privacy, or location.

1) Quiet hours between 10:30pm to 6am 2) No overnight guests without the host's pre-approval. Guest fee may apply 3) We ask guests to clean up the kitchen and bathroom after their personal use to ensure a quality stay for every guest in the house 4) Respecting our neighbors is our top priority. Any loud party, excessive drinking, drug is strictly prohibited. 5) No smoking and open fire (candles, etc). Any violation will result in fine ($100-$500) and an immediate eviction.
