Guests have full access to the entire home on the top (third) floor. This is primarily the host’s personal residence and is only available for booking when the host is away. Please note that some personal belongings may be present during your stay.

Tucked at the end of a quiet private lane, this sunny top-floor unit in a classic three-family home features abundant natural light and distant views of the Boston skyline. The location is unbeatable: – A pleasant 20-minute walk to Harvard Law – 10-minute walk to Porter Sq Station (Red Line) → Harvard (11 mins) | MIT (17 mins) | MGH (25 mins door to door) – 10 minutes to Lesley University, a full supermarket, CVS, and the vibrant Mass Ave lined with cafés, restaurants, and shops. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable living room, a dine-in kitchen, a bathroom with a bidet, and a spacious bedroom with a queen bed—ideal for solo travelers or quiet professionals. Whether you’re working, studying, or exploring, this home offers the perfect balance of tranquility, charm, and city access. Please note: Cambridge and Somerville are historic cities, and many homes—including this one—reflect that character. While it may not feature a modern layout, the space is clean, private, and spacious, providing incredible value in a walkable, safe, and well-connected neighborhood. The house requires a copy of photo ID on file as part of the reservation. Please inquire beforehand if you have any questions/concerns regarding this requirement.

Other Details to Note

House Rules: 1) Quiet hours are from 10:30 PM to 6:00 AM. 2) The home accommodates a maximum of 2 people. A guest fee applies for additional guests beyond the first guest. No overnight guests without prior notice to the host. 3) Respect for neighbors is a top priority. Loud parties, excessive drinking, and drug use are strictly prohibited. 4) No smoking or open flames (including candles). 5) Violations may result in a fine ($100–$500) and immediate eviction.
