Cozy Studio in Prime Beacon Hill. Walk to MGH/MIT

Our property

Stay in a historic 19th-century home in Boston’s best neighborhood—Beacon Hill. This apartment is all about location: a short walk to MGH, downtown, and all subway lines, making it easy to explore the city. Whole Foods, CVS, and plenty of restaurants are just around the corner. Please note: This is an old apartment. While it’s clean and comfortable, it has its quirks—a narrow layout and a low bathroom ceiling. If you’re looking for a modern, high-end stay, this may not be the right fit.

Good to know

The apartment is located on the first floor with easy access (there are few stairs leading up to the entrance). It’s an old home with character, but I’ve done my best to furnish it for a comfortable stay. This is a budget-friendly option for the Beacon Hill area, offering an unbeatable location with a door-to-door 5-minute walk to MGH. You’ll also have easy access to downtown, all subway lines, and plenty of shops and restaurants. Please note: This is an older apartment, and while this is typical for the Beacon Hill area (and in Boston in general as Boston is such an old city), it may not have the polished feel that you often find in more modern cities. Please only book it if you don't mind an older house. 🚫 House Rules: Quiet hours after 10 PM—please keep noise low, especially when entering or leaving. No parties or unapproved guests without prior agreement. Respect for neighbors is a top priority. If you’re looking for a simple, well-located stay in one of Boston’s most historic neighborhoods, this is a great option! The house requires a copy of photo ID on file as part of the reservation. Please inquire beforehand if you have any questions/concerns regarding this requirement.

Other Details to Note

🚿 The bathroom ceiling is low—guests over 5’10” may need to bend slightly. 🏙️ Street-level unit—mostly quiet but expect some noise in the mornings when the trash truck comes by. 📩 Check-in instructions will be sent after booking. This apartment is best for guests who prioritize location, safety, and neighborhood charm over luxury amenities and modern setup. Someone who don't mind a simple, no-frills stay in the heart of Boston. If that sounds like you, inquire now!
