This unit is located on the first floor of a quiet 3-bedroom home. You’ll have a private, sunlit room with a full-size bed, working desk, and closet. The space is shared with two other guests—typically working professionals, research fellows, visiting doctors, or grad students. You’ll also have access to a fully equipped dine-in kitchen and a shared bathroom (shared by a max of 3 people). The room is next to the kitchen, so please expect some light noise when others are cooking or passing through. That said, quiet hours begin at 10:30 pm, and I carefully screen all tenants to ensure a peaceful living environment (no parties, no overnight guests). If you're very sensitive to everyday sounds in a shared space, I’d recommend booking an entire unit instead. But if you're looking for a clean, affordable, and well-located home base in Cambridge, this is a great fit!

To ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay for everyone in our shared home, we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines: 1) Quiet hours are from 10:30 PM to 6:00 AM. 2) All rooms are single occupancy. Overnight visitors require prior approval and may be subject to a guest fee. If you expect a visitor, please check with the host in advance to confirm availability. 3) Please clean up the kitchen and bathroom after each use to keep shared spaces tidy for everyone. 4) Respect for neighbors is a top priority. Loud parties, excessive drinking, and any illegal substances are strictly prohibited. 5) No smoking or open flames (e.g., candles) are allowed inside the home.
