Good to know
You will have a spacious room with a queen bed, a working desk, and a clothing rack. During your stay, you can also enjoy the access to the shared kitchen (fully-equip), shared bathroom (3 people max), and a cute shared porch where you can enjoy a book or a weekend brunch. The room is on the second floor right across the shared bathroom and stairs, so please expect some light noise from foot traffic when other tenants walk by. I have a quiet hour policy (10pm), and I heavily screen my tenants to be respectful and quiet (no-party) working professionals, research fellows or busy grad students. But since it's a shared house, if you are very sensitive to noise, I recommend you to consider booking an entire place instead of a shared space.

To ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay for everyone in our shared home, we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines: 1) Quiet hours are from 10:30 PM to 6:00 AM. 2) All rooms are single occupancy. Overnight visitors require prior approval and may be subject to a guest fee. If you expect a visitor, please check with the host in advance to confirm availability. 3) Please clean up the kitchen and bathroom after each use to keep shared spaces tidy for everyone. 4) Respect for neighbors is a top priority. Loud parties, excessive drinking, and any illegal substances are strictly prohibited. 5) No smoking or open flames (e.g., candles) are allowed inside the home.
