Guest Access

Your own private room, one shared bathroom, one shared kitchen. Every guest has his/her own dedicated fridge shelf and pantry space.

Your functional room provides a comfortable retreat for you to unwind from a busy day. Cook meals or brew a cup of coffee in the communal dine-in kitchen right outside of your room, and freshen up in the shared bathroom (max 3 people) offering convenience with ample privacy. There are two guest rooms on the same floor, sharing one bathroom together. You never need to worry about fighting for fridge or pantry space as every guest in the house has his/her own dedicated fridge shelf and pantry to store food. With Porter Station just a 2-minute walk away, the city's attractions are easily within reach. Historically, this space has hosted visiting scholar, research fellows, visiting doctors, and young working professionals or grad students. We screen our guests diligently. You can expect a quiet, no-party space during your visit. Experience the ultimate value and convenience in Cambridge – while nearby hotels may charge $300/night, this room offers affordability without compromising on comfort, privacy, or location.

Other Details to Note

1) Quiet hours between 10:30pm to 6am 2) No overnight guests without the host's pre-approval. Guest fee may apply 3) We ask guests to clean up the kitchen and bathroom after their personal use to ensure a quality stay for every guest in the house 4) Respecting our neighbors is our top priority. Any loud party, excessive drinking, drug is strictly prohibited. 5) No smoking and open fire (candles, etc). Any violation will result in fine ($100-$500) and an immediate eviction. Your kind cooperation ensures a smooth stay for you and everyone in the shared house. Thanks!
