Downtown Boston Co-Living Stay

I stayed here for a month very comfortably, even during a particularly hot and humid time thanks to the AC unit. The Airbnb is quite new (in an old Victorian New England house), and as a result is very clean and has an effective digital lock system to get in the flat. Francis and Yi are responsive on messages, and keen to hear if there's anything that can be improved. I chose this airbnb in particular because (a) it looked nice and (b) it is in a great location for my purposes in Boston. The airbnb is quietly located just off a main road, near a park that connects to Harvard's sports area. The local area is quite quiet, but it only takes about 20 minutes to walk to Harvard Square. In the other direction in the same time you can be in Lower Allston with lots of food and bustle. Trader Joes is very close, and Pavement coffee isn't far down Western Ave, and beyond that a brewery spot. The best thing I can say is that having stayed here for a whole month, I felt like I had chosen well.

It was great to live in Somerville. The owner and co-owner were very responsive. I really loved and enjoyed being here. The place was all clean and had all the amenities as mentioned. Also the locality was very good. I would always want to stay there whenever I am in Boston. Special shoutout to Sophia for bein so responsive.

This was our first time in Boston so we were unsure what area to stay in, Sab’s place ended up being the perfect location for us. We were able to walk to Harvard Square, a quick 10 min uber ride to downtown and Fenway park and 20 min from the airport. The house was cute, with plenty of bedroom space. The only thing this place didn’t have was a living room area to gather in, so we ended up pulling the chairs from the bedroom into the kitchen so we can sit together. Other than that it was great, definitely recommend for first timers in Boston! 🤍

We are very satisfied with the place and also the host was very responsive for any questions we had. It is close to Harvard and very nice area for a walk. I sincerely thank the host for their friendly support.

Airbnb est très bien entretenu et très propre. Les hôtes sont très réactif et toujours au service. L’appartement est idéalement situé pour des personnes qui comme moi étudie à Harvard SEC. Il est aussi très proche d’un arrêt de bus qui mène tout droit au main spot de Cambridge. Je le recommande à quiconque souhaite venir pour étudier sur le campus d’Harvard Allston. Plusieurs amis envisagent déjà de venir dans ce Airbnb au vu de l’expérience que j’ai eu.

I had a great 3 day stay at Sophia’s! She was super responsive and even helped accommodate me with all my imminent needs. The room looks exactly like the photos, and is well-kept. Enjoyed the view from the kitchen, will definitely visit again😚👊🏻

I cannot recommend Sab’s House enough! This apartment is absolutely stunning—newly renovated with incredible attention to detail. From the moment I stepped inside, I was blown away by how clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed the space was. The room was perfect for my needs, offering a cozy and relaxing retreat. The kitchen and bathroom were also fantastic—modern and well-equipped. Everything about this home made me feel completely at ease, and I would absolutely rent this unit (or any other managed by these wonderful hosts) again in a heartbeat. But what truly makes this rental stand out is Francis and Yi. They are some of the kindest, most considerate, and most thoughtful hosts I have ever encountered. They go above and beyond to ensure a seamless and welcoming stay. From leaving fresh-baked cookies as a warm welcome to keeping me informed about weather conditions, assisting me with parking as a non-resident, and accommodating a change in my rental due to a family emergency.
